Hi, I'm Lou, a commercially driven growth marketer with 25+ years' experience, from start-ups to global corporates. Marketers love a good awards shelf, and I've got a couple of my own (if that's your thing, search "Subaru Outback campaign award" or "Mercury rebrand award"). But what I'm actually proud of is the disruptive, emerging businesses I've helped get ahead leading marketing teams through the early, make-it-or-break-it stages of some of NZ's most renowned start-up success stories. It's the kind of learning that compresses years into months, and you can't get it from a textbook (or an agent).
I founded LL+Co to fill a gap I saw while leading marketing in early-stage, high-growth companies: an alternative way to build the marketing function tailored to the business's specific needs, with no excess, and laser-focused on growth.
I work alongside businesses to unlock their own growth story. That could be setting the strategy, building the internal capability or overseeing the implementation to ensure it delivers the best ROI for the business.
